How long does a custom bag take?

Usually 5–10 days depending on complexity. We send progress photos on Zalo so you can follow along.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders from 499.000₫, a flat 30.000₫ on smaller orders. 24-hour express in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: 35.000₫.

Can yarn bags go in the washing machine?

Hand washing in cold water and drying flat in the shade is best, so the bag keeps its shape.

Can I change the color after ordering?

Yes, if knitting has not started. Message us on Zalo as soon as you can.
