What counts as a working day?
Monday to Saturday, not Sunday. Orders placed after 15:00 count from the next working day.
Where can I follow my order?
After ordering you get an order code like LL-26-1234. Enter it with your phone number on the Track your order page (no login needed), or log in to your account to see all your orders.
Can I check the bag before accepting it?
Yes. With cash on delivery (COD), you open and check the bag before paying the courier.
What if the bag is damaged in delivery?
Take photos of the parcel and the bag as you open them, and message us on Zalo within 7 days. Details are on the Returns policy page.
Do you ship abroad?
For now we only deliver within Vietnam. If you live abroad, you can order for delivery to family or friends in Vietnam.
